fresh juice metro location
the location next to the metro was fantastic. i could easily access various parts of the city. the breakfast had a satisfactory spread with fresh juice and bread.
i found some dust on the floor when i entered the room.

convenient location short walk delicious pastries faulty air conditioning poor insulation constant draft
the location was convenient for attending an event at accor arena. it was a very short walk. breakfast was included. the fresh bread and pastries were delicious.
the air conditioning did not seem to work, and the room was very warm. i spoke with staff several times about it, but nothing changed. this was the same in all three rooms we had. the window in the room was poorly insulated, so there was a constant draft.

Fantastic stay near Bercy!
close location large variety convenient water
The hotel is REALLY close to the metro station. It made traveling around so easy. The breakfast included a large variety, there were eggs, breads, croissants, and pancakes. A water cooler was available near reception, convenient for filling up my water bottle. This REALLY helped save money.

the staff were helpful. the room was well-located near the metro! it made getting around easy. breakfast had various options including fresh juice and pastries. I thought that was nice.
The hallways feature decor that's certainly bold. I found the artwork on the room walls a little much.

The reception staff provided necessary information. I thought they were helpful. check-in was easy and efficient. they were able to answer my questions quickly. i felt looked after by the team.

the breakfast buffet included various options, though mostly typical. fresh fruit and a selection of bread were available! the french croissant was quite delicious. it started my day off on the right foot.

the standard double room was functional. the bed was comfortable enough, i had no issues. the wi-fi connection worked without fail and offered good speed. this really helped me stay connected.

The hotel is near a metro station on the other side of the street! the accor arena is very close. That was a big plus. several bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

nice breakfast comfortable bed unannounced cleaner thin wall
the breakfast was very nice and i enjoyed it every day of my stay. the beds were nice and comfortable and it was nice to browse tv in the evening. the connection to the city was good and it felt super safe.
cleaners walked in twice, without knocking. i woke up an hour after checking in to the cleaner stood in our room, she didn't knock. air con works but is weak and the walls are thin.
